Heathrow Airport with five terminals, but with only four in operation at present, as Terminal 2 is currently being constructed and is due to open sometime in 2014.
You should allow three hours for check-in on ALL long haul flights and two hours for all others unless the airline you are flying with advises you differently. Please also remember to check you have given us the ARRIVAL DATE as customers do on occasions tell us the DATE THEY ARE LEAVING to return to the UK. THIS HAPPENS ON LONG HAUL FLIGHTS THAT ARRIVE AT HEATHROW IN THE MORNING, AND TIME ZONE CHANGES.
We make every effort to “Meet & Greet” you inside the arrivals terminal when you come through, but even the best prepared plans delay us on occasions. We will send you a text to your mobile number, given on the booking confirmation letter advising you of our estimate time of arrival. Therefore it is important to check your mobile as soon as you are allowed to use them. Do not leave the Arrival Terminal unless this has been agreed the the driver who is collecting you, and a new location has been agreed.
